Black based cones are not allowed to be used on the NZ roading network but they make excellent carpark and off road cones at a much better price than the all orange cone. They represent excellent value for money and should be considered when purchasing cones or bollards for a carpark environment.

The black base cone is a 2 piece interlocking cone with a recycled PVC black base that has the premium fluorescent PVC injected into the pathways of the base to create a single inseparable cone that will not separate even when run over multiple times by heavy trucks.
